* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and
  waves around 1 foot expected.

* WHERE...The Long Island south shore bays.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Small craft conditions may momentarily
  relax during the day Wednesday, before returning Wednesday
  night into Thursday morning.
