  Slaughter Beach DE and Delaware Bay waters south of East Point
  NJ to Slaughter Beach DE.

* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 6 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
