...FREEZING SPRAY ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM MONDAY TO
MIDNIGHT EST MONDAY NIGHT...

* WINDS AND SEAS...Northwest winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to
  45 kt. Seas 4 to 7 feet.

* FREEZING SPRAY...Widespread light to moderate rates of ice
  accretion is expected tonight through Monday evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.

A Freezing Spray Advisory means that moderate accumulation of ice
is expected on vessels. Operating a vessel in freezing spray can
be hazardous. It is recommended that vessels be prepared to take
appropriate counter measures before putting to sea or enter the
advisory area.

Mariners are urged to ensure their life saving equipment remains
free of ice and that their fire fighting capabilities are not
impacted due to adverse weather conditions.
