* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 10 to
  15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. For the Gale Warning, northwest
  winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and waves 2 to 4 ft
  expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, west winds 15 to
  20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected.

* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay north of Drum Point MD, Tidal Potomac
  from Cobb Island MD to Smith Point VA, Chester River to
  Queenstown MD, Eastern Bay, and Choptank River to Cambridge MD
  and the Little Choptank River.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM EST
  early this morning. For the Gale Warning, from 6 AM this
  morning to midnight EST tonight. For the second Small Craft
  Advisory, from midnight tonight to 6 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Maryland portion of the
Chesapeake Bay, Tidal Potomac River, and I-95 corridor through
central Maryland, northern Virginia, and District of Columbia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A Wind Advisory is in effect from the Baltimore MD/Washington DC
metro areas until 6 PM. Elsewhere, gusty winds of 35 to 45 mph
could result in sporadic wind damage.

A Gale Warning is in effect until 6 PM for the middle and upper
tidal Potomac River, and the tidal Patapsco and tidal Patuxent
Rivers. A Gale Warning is in effect until midnight elsewhere,
except for the Chesapeake Bay from Drum Point MD to Smith Point VA
and the Tangier Sound which is in effect through the night.

A Red Flag Warning is in effect until 6 PM south of Baltimore
where critical fire weather conditions are expected. From
Baltimore through northeast Maryland, brief elevated fire weather
conditions are possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
