  2 to 4 ft, becoming northwest mid to late Wednesday morning.

* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay main channel north of Smith Point VA,
  Chester River to Queenstown MD, Eastern Bay, and Choptank
  River to Cambridge MD and the Little Choptank River.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
