...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...West to northwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30
  kt. Gusts up to 35 kt possible for a brief time this afternoon
  and again on Friday. Waves 3 to 4 ft.

* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay from Smith Point VA to Cape Henry VA
  including the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
