* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Cape Charles Light to Virginia-
  North Carolina border out 20 NM and Coastal waters from NC VA
  border to Currituck Beach Light NC out 20 NM.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 4 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
