...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST THIS MORNING...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Gulf of Mexico and the
coastal lakes and bays of the Gulf of Mexico.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Please listen to NOAA Weather Radio or go to weather.gov on the
Internet for more information about the following hazards.

   Dense Fog Advisory.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Southerly winds will develop and strengthen from Thursday into
Friday. Exercise caution flags may be required at times. Patchy to
areas of dense sea fog will also be possible.

Showers and thunderstorms will increase from Friday afternoon into
early Saturday as a stronger upper level disturbance and cold front
move through the region. Some strong storms will be possible during
this time, capable of producing strong wind gusts or isolated
waterspouts.

Strong northerly winds will develop in the wake of the front
Saturday, and Small Craft Advisories will likely be needed from
Saturday into Sunday.
