* Until 515 PM EDT.

* At 317 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 13 nm west of North Cape to 34 nm southwest of Luna
  Pier, moving northeast at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Reno Beach, Put-In-Bay, and Kelleys Island.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
