The critical mark for safe navigation is currently 9 inches below the low water datum. The water level is expected to begin rising late this evening. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due to below normal water levels. && $$
