* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 knots, becoming northwest, and
  waves 2 to 5 feet expected.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from The Islands to
  Avon Point OH.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
