...LOW WATER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Abnormally low water levels.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay to
  Vermilion OH, and the open waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay
  to Vermilion OH.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Below normal water levels will result in hazardous
  navigating conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...At Toledo, the critical mark for safe
  navigation is currently 9 inches below low water datum. As of
  920 PM EST, the water level at Toledo was 0.2 inches below low
  water datum and falling. Water levels are expected to slowly
  rise by early Friday morning as winds become more northwesterly.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due
to below normal water levels.
