This hazardous weather outlook is for northern Lower Michigan...
eastern Upper Michigan...and adjacent nearshore waters of Lake
Michigan...Lake Huron and Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Dense fog will impact the nearshore waters of Lake Michigan and
the Straits region, as well as much of Mackinac County in eastern
upper Michigan. See ongoing fog advisories for details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

There is a chance of thunderstorms across portions of northern
Michigan at various times from Friday through Sunday.

A Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect until 11 AM EDT Thursday.

* VISIBILITY: Areas of dense fog will reduce visibility to a
  quarter mile or less at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. Inexperienced mariners...
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid
navigating in these conditions.
