WEDNESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to 25 kt
  with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 7 to 10 feet. For the Gale
  Watch, north winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and
  waves 5 to 8 feet possible.

* WHERE...Wind Point WI to Winthrop Harbor IL, North Point Light
  to Wind Point WI, Port Washington to North Point Light WI and
  Sheboygan to Port Washington WI.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM CST Wednesday.
  For the Gale Watch, from Wednesday morning through Wednesday
  evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and waves.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the nearshore waters from
Sheboygan Wisconsin to Winthrop Harbor Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A Small Craft Advisory is in effect for brisk northeast winds and
building waves. Brief gusts to near gale force are possible this
afternoon and evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect until 6 AM Wednesday,
then a Gale Watch goes into effect until 9 PM Wednesday for
possible northerly gales. High waves are expected Wednesday before
gradually diminishing in the afternoon.
