  knots veering west with waves of 3 to 5 feet. For the Gale
  Warning, west to northwest winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to
  40 kt expected.

* WHERE...Nearshore Waters from Sheboygan to Port Washington.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from midnight tonight to
  11 AM CST Friday. For the Gale Warning, from 11 AM to 7 PM CST
  Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
