A Marine Dense Fog Advisory is in effect over the southern half of
the open waters of Lake Michigan for much of this morning. This
advisory may need to be expanded to the north and for a longer
duration.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected and a few may become strong.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

* WHAT...Dense fog will reduce visibility to 1/2 NM or less.

* WHERE...Southern Open Waters of Lake Michigan, and Nearshore
  Waters from Sheboygan to Winthrop Harbor IL.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
