  waves 7 to 10 feet.

* WHERE...St Joseph to Pentwater.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Isolated gusts to gales can`t be ruled out
  through 4am EST however widespread gales are no longer expected.
