* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 knots with gusts up to 35 knots
  and waves 6 to 9 feet expected.

* WHERE...Holland to Manistee.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 8 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
