* WHAT...West winds to 50 knots and waves 16 to 21 feet expected.

* WHERE...The nearshore and open waters of Lake Ontario from
  Hamlin Beach to the Saint Lawrence River.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Monday to midnight EST Monday night.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous waves will capsize
  or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
