* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Ontario from Hamlin Beach
  to Mexico Bay.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Winds and/or waves will cause hazardous conditions
  that could capsize or damage small craft.
