This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Lake Superior
and the Nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight

Westerly winds with gusts up to 30 kts across most of the near
shore zones continue. There is a 10 to 30 percent chance for gale
force wind gusts, with the highest potential in the Outer Apostle
Islands and from Grand Marais to Grand Portage. Small Craft
Advisories are in effect across western Lake Superior.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Northwest winds with gusts to up to around 30 kt with elevated
wave heights through Thursday morning. Small Craft Advisories are
in effect throughout western Lake Superior through Thursday
morning.

Westerly winds increase once again over the weekend. Gusts up to
30 kts and waves up to 6 ft return Saturday afternoon and are
expected to last into Sunday night.
