Main hazards include wind gusts up to 40 knots, small hail, and occasional cloud-to- water lightning. Southwest winds increase this afternoon with gusts up to 25 knots and waves building up to 4 feet from Silver Bay to Grand Portage, leading to hazardous conditions for small craft.
