* WHAT...North winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and
  waves 7 to 12 ft expected.

* WHERE...Black River to Ontonagon MI, Ontonagon to Upper
  Entrance of Portage Canal MI and Lake Superior from Saxon
  Harbor WI to Upper Entrance to Portage Canal MI 5NM off shore
  to the US/Canadian border including Isle Royale National Park.

* WHEN...From 4 AM EST /3 AM CST/ to 7 PM EST /6 PM CST/
  Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
