* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15 to 25 kt
  with gusts up to 35 kt and waves 4 to 7 ft occurring. For the
  Gale Watch, west winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and
  waves 5 to 8 ft possible.

* WHERE...Manitou Island to Point Isabelle MI.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 10 AM EDT
  Wednesday. For the Gale Watch, from Wednesday morning through
  late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
