* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 10 to 20 kt
  with gusts up to 25 kt and waves 1 to 3 ft expected. For the
  Gale Watch, north winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and
  waves 5 to 8 ft possible.

* WHERE...Munising to Grand Marais MI.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 4 AM to 6 PM EDT
  Tuesday. For the Gale Watch, from Wednesday morning through
  Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
