  Watch, west winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and waves
  7 to 12 ft possible.

* WHERE...Marquette to Munising MI, Munising to Grand Marais MI
  and Lake Superior East of a line from Manitou Island to
  Marquette MI and West of a line from Grand Marais MI to the
  US/Canadian Border Beyond 5NM from shore.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, from noon to 8 PM EDT Tuesday.
  For the Gale Watch, from Wednesday afternoon through late
  Wednesday night.
