  with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 1 to 3 ft expected. For the
  Gale Watch, west winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and
  waves 6 to 11 ft possible.

* WHERE...Grand Marais to Whitefish Point MI.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 8 AM this morning to
  4 AM EDT Wednesday. For the Gale Watch, from Wednesday
  afternoon through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
