Dense fog has developed over interior marine waters of the
southern panhandle, particularly in the area of the Stikine delta,
with visibilities of 1/4 sm or less. Fog is expected to range
from the Stikine delta northward to Cape Fanshaw and southwestward
to the vicinity of Level Island through the morning hours.
Conditions are expected to improve gradually by late morning but
patchy fog may linger into the afternoon hours.
