TUESDAY...

* WHAT...North winds increasing to 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35
  kt late Monday afternoon through Tuesday. Steep west seas 10 to
  11 ft at 13 to 14 seconds, becoming steep seas 10 to 13 ft due
  to a mix of west swell and wind seas late Monday afternoon into
  Tuesday.

* WHERE...All areas.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
  damage smaller vessels.
