* WHAT...North winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts around 30 kt and
  steep wind-driven seas 5 to 8 ft at 6 seconds.

* WHERE...All areas except waters within 10 nm from shore and
  north of Cape Arago.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM PST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
  damage smaller vessels.
