Heavy rainfall associated with an approaching tropical system will lead to flooding for the eastern half of Central Alabama Thursday through early Friday. Gusty winds will also be possible Thursday through early Friday with wind gusts 30-50 mph possible in the eastern half of Central Alabama. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
