While the threat for organized severe weather is not expected...an isolated strong/briefly severe thunderstorm could be seen. Downburst winds will be the primary hazard with any strong/severe thunderstorm that may develop. Highs this afternoon will be in the upper 80s to mid 90s...with heat index values expected to peak in the upper 90s to just over 100 for most areas. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday High temperatures in the coming days will be topping out well into the 90s. Meanwhile...relative humidity levels will also be increasing...resulting in heat index values approaching or exceeding 100 in many areas through the weekend. .Spotter Information Statement...
