Heat index values are expected to exceed 105 degrees across most of Arkansas with some of eastern Arkansas forecast to experience heat index values at or above 110 degrees on Tuesday afternoon. It will be imperative again on Tuesday to practice heat safety by staying hydrated and taking multiple breaks out of this dangerous heat in a location with adequate air conditioning. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday Temperatures will be slightly cooler on Wednesday and Thursday with some rain possible on Wednesday. While a few stronger storms can not be ruled out, widespread severe weather is not expected. Very hot and humid conditions return for Friday and into the weekend. .Spotter Information Statement...
