TO 8 PM MST /9 PM MDT/ MONDAY FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHERN ARIZONA...

* AFFECTED AREA...Locations near Buffalo Pass, Chinle, Dilkon,
  Doney Park, Eagar-Springerville, Flagstaff, Forest Lakes,
  Fredonia, Ganado, Grand Canyon, Heber-Overgaard, Holbrook,
  Jacob Lake, Kayenta, Kykotsmovi, North Rim, Page, Saint Johns,
  Shonto, Snowflake-Taylor, Tuba City, Valle, Williams, Window
  Rock and Winslow. This includes portions of the Apache-
  Sitgreaves National Forest, Coconino National Forest, Kaibab
  National Forest, Prescott National Forest and Tonto National
  Forest.

* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 5 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that start will have the potential to
  rapidly grow in size and intensity before first responders can
  contain them.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring or are imminent. A combination of strong
winds and low relative humidities can contribute to extreme fire
behavior.

Avoid outdoor activities that can cause a spark near dry
vegetation, such as yard work, target shooting, or campfires.

* WHERE...Much of northern Arizona from the Mogollon Rim north and
  northeast.

* WHEN...From 11 AM MST /noon MDT/ to 8 PM MST /9 PM MDT/ Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Travel
  will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Secure loose outdoor objects that could be blown around or damaged
by the wind.
