PDT MONDAY FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY FOR FIRE ZONES

* Winds...Northerly winds sustained 10 to 20 mph with gusts 25
  to 35 mph. Strongest winds along the western half of the
  Sacramento Valley.

* Humidity...Minimum relative humidity as low as 10 to 20 percent
  on Sunday and Monday. Poor relative humidity recoveries in the
  30 to 45 percent range, locally lower along the western edge of
  the Valley.

* Highest Threat...Northern and central Sacramento Valley,
  especially west of the Interstate 5 corridor and elevations
  below 2000 feet.

* Impacts...The combination of gusty winds and low humidity can
  cause fire to rapidly grow in size and intensity. Outdoor
  burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
