* Winds...Northerly wind 5 to 15 mph with gusts 15 to 30 mph.
  Strongest wind gusts this morning and along the western half
  of the Central Valley and coastal range.

* Humidity...Minimum relative humidity of 6 to 16 percent today.

* Highest Threat...Northern and Central Sacramento Valley,
  especially west of the Interstate 5 corridor and elevations
  below 2000 feet.

* Impacts...The combination of gusty wind and low humidity can
  cause fire to rapidly grow in size and intensity. Outdoor
  burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
