For the Heat Advisory, high temperatures in the upper 80s to mid 90s, warmest in the foothills. * WHERE...Santa Barbara County Southwestern Coast and Santa Ynez Mountains Western Range. * WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 3 AM PDT Tuesday. For the Heat Advisory, until 8 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for drivers of high profile vehicles. High temperatures may cause heat illnesses, including heat stroke. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
