Winds in the Lake Casitas area will mainly occur tonight and Monday evening. * WHERE...Antelope Valley and Lake Casitas. * WHEN...Until 3 AM PDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
