...COASTAL FLOOD STATEMENT REMAINS IN EFFECT...

* WHAT...Minor saltwater flooding.

* WHERE...Middle and Lower Florida Keys.

* WHEN...Through late Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Minor saltwater flooding of low elevation streets
  and lots is likely, especially around the hours of high tide.
  Some storm drains will overflow, and some seawalls and docks
  will be overtopped. Boaters can expect less clearance under
  fixed bridges. Motorists should remember that persistent
  puddles around the times of high tide are almost certain to
  contain a mix of saltwater.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive through flooded roadways.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Florida Keys and
adjacent coastal waters.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Isolated thunderstorms will be possible today and tonight. The
primary hazards will be heavy downpours, locally gusty winds, and
cloud to lightning strikes.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Isolated thunderstorms will be possible through the forecast
period. The primary hazards will be heavy downpours, locally
gusty winds, and cloud to surface lightning strikes.

A developing area of low pressure in the northwestern Gulf of
Mexico interacting with high pressure over the Southeast will
result in freshening breezes by Tuesday or Wednesday, continuing
through at least Thursday. Small Craft Advisories may be required
for portions of the Florida Keys coastal waters for these periods.
