Afternoon...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Atlantic coastal waters,
southeast Florida, southern Florida, southwest Florida and Gulf of
Mexico.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Excessive Rainfall: With multiple rounds of heavy rainfall likely
across the region today, significant and life-threatening flash
flooding will be possible once again especially across the areas
where flooding has already occurred from the past several days.

Thunderstorms: Scattered thunderstorms will develop over South
Florida today. Some of the thunderstorms could contain gusty winds, heavy
downpours and a few funnel clouds or weak tornados.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Enhanced tropical moisture will be in place over South Florida
through at least Friday, resulting in periods of heavy rain and the
potential for additional flooding concerns. See Flood Watch for the

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast, southern, and southwest Florida,
  including the following areas, in southeast Florida, Coastal
  Broward County, Coastal Miami Dade County, Coastal Palm Beach
  County, Far South Miami-Dade County, Inland Broward County, Inland
  Miami-Dade County, Inland Palm Beach County, Metro Broward County,
  Metro Palm Beach County and Metropolitan Miami Dade. In southern
  Florida, Glades and Hendry. In southwest Florida, Coastal Collier
  County, Inland Collier County and Mainland Monroe.

* WHEN...Through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are
  possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Rainfall amounts of 6 to 12 inches with isolated amounts up
    to 18 inches have fallen over South Florida since Tuesday
    morning. Additional rainfall amounts of 4 to 8 inches are
    still forecast to fall over South Florida this evening
    evening with locally higher amounts over 10 inches possible.
    Additional amounts in the range of 2-4 inches could also be
    possible on Friday. These additional rainfall amounts will be
    capable of producing additional flooding on top of current
    flooding going across portions of South Florida.

Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
