This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Georgia, piedmont
North Carolina, western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

It will be heating up over the weekend with widespread 90s on tap
each afternoon. Temperatures will climb well into the middle 90s
across the piedmont with lower 90s likely in the warmer mountain
valleys. Heat index values may top out near 100 Sunday afternoon in
the warmer piedmont locales. There is an increased risk of heat-
related illnesses for those that are sensitive to heat, as well as
those spending extended periods of time outdoors.
