Scattered thunderstorms will continue over central Georgia through about 9 PM. A few storms could be strong to briefly severe with gusty winds, heavy rainfall, small hail and frequent cloud-to-ground lightning. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday... Scattered thunderstorms, mainly in the afternoon and evening, will be possible Sunday through Wednesday. Otherwise the threat for hazardous weather remains low. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight, however any reports of severe weather should be forwarded to the National Weather Service. $$
