Scattered showers and a few isolated thunderstorms are possible this afternoon into this evening. The main threats will be heavy rainfall, frequent lightning and gusty winds. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday... Scattered thunderstorms are expected over much of the area each day from Sunday through next Friday. Storms that develop will be capable of producing lightning, heavy rain, and gusty winds. Extreme heat will also be possible across much of the area Saturday through Monday. Heat index values in the low to mid 100s are forecast in central Georgia and portions of north Georgia during those afternoons. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
