Storms will be redeveloping this afternoon, with the heaviest rainfall expected later this evening to early Saturday morning. Some uncertainty remains as to the exact axis of heaviest rainfall, but current indications are that the heaviest rainfall in north central Iowa will be generally between Highway 20 and the Iowa Minnesota border.
