  Jackson and Jo Daviess Counties.

  Mississippi River at Fulton LD13 affecting Clinton, Carroll and
  Whiteside Counties.

  Mississippi River at Ill. City LD16 affecting Rock Island and
  Muscatine Counties.

  Mississippi River at Muscatine affecting Mercer, Louisa, Rock
  Island and Muscatine Counties.

  Mississippi River at Keithsburg affecting Mercer, Louisa,
  Henderson and Des Moines Counties.

  Mississippi River at New Boston LD17 affecting Louisa and Mercer
  Counties.

  Mississippi River at Dubuque LD11 affecting Dubuque and Jo
  Daviess Counties.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Bellevue LD12.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 19.2 feet, Basement flooding occurs in homes and
  businesses with seepage into a few yards in Savanna. Water seeps
  into yards on Pearl and Broad Streets in Sabula.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 17.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 19.3 feet early
    Friday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

  Frentress Lake area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 19.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 21.5 feet
    Thursday evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

Isolated showers and storms this morning will give way to mostly
clear skies. No severe weather is expected at this time.

Area rivers are experiencing flooding. Please see the

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

Several chances for showers and storms will be seen next week, with
heavy rain possible. It is too soon to determine the severe risk.

Flooding on area rivers is expected to continue through the week.
