This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Thunderstorms are expected this morning and again later this
afternoon and night. Some storms could be severe with damaging
winds to 70 MPH and brief tornadoes. Torrential rain is expected
with any storm, which may result in flash flooding. A Slight Risk,
or level 2 of 5, for severe storms covers areas along and south
of Highway 30. A Marginal Risk, or level 1 of 5, is north along
Highway 20.

Hot and humid conditions will be seen today, with heat indices in
the upper 90s to near 100 degrees for areas mainly south of
Highway 30.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

Thunderstorms are possible Friday through Saturday and again on
Monday.

Several area rivers will be experiencing flooding this week.

At 601 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Osborn to near Coyne Center, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Moline, Rock Island, Bettendorf, East Moline, Silvis, Geneseo,
Colona, Milan, Le Claire, Coal Valley, Hampton, Orion, Atkinson,
Rapids City, Riverdale, Oak Grove, Hooppole, Cleveland, Warner, and
Osborn.
