* WHEN...From late Thursday night until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Water affects South Washington Boulevard
  in Camanche. Water also affects the Camanche Marina. Water also
  affects several homes in Albany.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 16.3 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The river continues to rise.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Friday morning and continue rising to 19.8 feet
    Wednesday, July 03.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

    early Saturday morning and continue rising to 18.6 feet
    Wednesday, July 03. Additional rises are possible thereafter.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Area rivers are experiencing flooding. Please see the latest
Flood Statements and Flood Warnings for details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

Thunderstorms are possible Friday and Friday night. Some storms
could be strong to severe. There is a Slight Risk, or level 2 of
5, for severe storms across the western two thirds of the outlook
area for damaging winds, hail, and tornadoes. Heavy rainfall is
also possible Friday into Saturday which could lead to some
flooding issues.

Thunderstorms are possible again Monday into Tuesday. However, it
is too early to determine the severe threat.
