This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Illinois and west
central Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Strong to severe storms are possible this evening into tonight. The
strongest storms will be capable of large hail up to 1 inch and
isolated damaging wind gusts up to 60 mph.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected to continue into Saturday
morning. There is a marginal risk for severe weather, with the
strongest capable of locally large hail up to 1 inch and isolated
damaging wind gusts up to 60 mph.

Additional thunderstorms are forecast Tuesday through Thursday,
though the severe weather threat is uncertain at this time.

Heat index values are forecast to climb into the low to mid 90s
Saturday afternoon and then to around 100 in west central Illinois on
Tuesday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed after 9 pm and until 3 am.

Expected storm motion is toward the southeast at around 35 mph.
