This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Illinois, east
central Illinois and southeast Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected late tonight across eastern and
southeastern Illinois. However, severe weather is not expected at
this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected to continue into Saturday
morning, with a 50% chance for additional storm development Saturday
afternoon. There is a marginal risk for severe weather with both
potential waves of storms, with the strongest capable of locally
large hail up to 1 inch and isolated damaging wind gusts up to 60 mph.

Additional thunderstorms are forecast Tuesday night through
Thursday, though the severe weather threat is uncertain at this
time.

Heat index values are forecast to climb into the 90s Saturday
afternoon and then to over 100 on Wednesday.
