This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A few thunderstorms will be possible over the southern half of the
Quad State this afternoon. Brief heavy downpours and lightning
will be the primary concerns.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Widespread showers will bring heavy rainfall to the region
Thursday through Friday night. Rainfall of 2 inches or more will
be possible, especially over the southern half of the region. A
few thunderstorms will be possible Thursday and Thursday night,
leading to some isolated higher rainfall amounts and lightning.

A few afternoon thunderstorms will be possible over portions of
the Quad State Saturday and Sunday. Locally heavy rainfall and
lightning will be the primary concerns.
