This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Showers and a few thunderstorms are forecast this morning through
early this afternoon.

Another round of thunderstorms is forecast this evening through
late tonight. In areas near and west of the Mississippi River, a few
of these storms may be severe, with damaging winds, large hail,
and possibly a brief tornado being the main severe thunderstorm
hazards.

Multiple rounds of heavy rain are expected tonight across parts of
southeast Missouri, and a Flood Watch is in effect beginning 7 PM
CDT tonight for this area. Refer to the Flood Watch for
additional details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

A Flood Watch will be in effect until 1 PM CDT Sunday for much of
southeast Missouri. Refer to the Flood Watch for additional
details.

Additional areas showers and thunderstorms will linger into
Sunday morning before winding down in the afternoon.

Spotter activation cannot be ruled out this evening. Any spotter
reports of flooding and rainfall measurements would be
appreciated.
