Severe storms are not expected with this activity. Additional storms are expected to track out of western Kansas and into the area this evening into the overnight hours, with central Kansas having the highest chances to see storms. Hail up to quarter size and 60 mph winds will be possible with this activity. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday Heat indices in the 105 to 110 degree range will be in place across most of the area on Friday afternoon and early evening and then again for both Monday and Tuesday. Storms will be possible late Friday afternoon into Friday evening as a cold front slowly moves through the area. Large hail and damaging downburst winds will be possible with the stronger storms. Storms will remain in the forecast for Saturday and Saturday night across southern Kansas with severe storms and heavy rain possible. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
