This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Strong south winds will affect south central Kansas this afternoon.
See latest wind advisory for additional details.

Storms are expected to develop along a cold front late this
afternoon near or north of Interstate 70. Storms are then expected
to become more numerous this evening as they slowly track off to
the southeast. The stronger storms will be capable of half dollar size
hail, 65 mph downburst winds along with heavy rainfall that may lead to
some localized flooding. Locations generally along and north of
Highway 50 will have the best chance to see storms tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Storms are expected to linger across the area on Wednesday,
especially during the morning hours. A few strong storms will be
possible along with additional heavy rainfall.

Storms will also be possible Saturday evening through Sunday
morning as a weak cold front moves through. Strong storms appear possible
with this activity.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
