This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Marginal hail risk.
  Marginal thunderstorm wind damage risk.
  Limited lightning risk.
  Limited excessive rainfall risk

DISCUSSION...

Thunderstorms are expected late this evening through tonight,
mainly along and north of a line from Joplin to Springfield to
Salem. Some of these storms may be strong to severe north of I-44
and west of Highway 65. Heavy rainfall and isolated flooding are
possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Thunderstorms with severe weather and flooding potential are
expected Saturday evening into Sunday morning. Details remain
uncertain, so stay tuned to updates.
